About me
I have an extensive residential and commercial construction background spanning over 25 years. As a carpenter, superintendent, and general contractor, I have become experienced in all aspects of home construction and have a thorough knowledge of all of the systems in a home. As a homebuilder in both New York and Arizona, I have seen many types of homes and the different ways to build them correctly.
- I am certified by the State of Arizona and fully insured.
- I have passed the National Home Inspector Examination.
- Member of NACHI –National Association of Certified Home Inspectors
- Affiliate member of the South East Valley Regional Association of Realtors
- OSHA trained in roof and ladder safety
